I talk to women every day who are lethargic, bloated, having massive cravings, low libido, and experiencing issues with their menstrual cycles. Many women don't even realize that hormonal issues can be the root cause behind all of these issues, and that there are simple steps you can take to fix the issues.
The Hormone Happy Handbook will guide you through the various symptoms associated with hormonal issues and teach you WHAT to do, HOW to do it and most importantly, WHY.
The "why" is what I find is missing from so many guides out there. My main goal is to offer as much education as possible, condensed into a simple, informative handbook that will walk you through exactly what to do to support your hormonal health.
The guide offers insight on the effects of the birth control pill (whether taking it currently, in the past, or even years ago), and the tips in the handbook can be applied to anyone experiencing hormonal difficulties.

Hi, I'm Emily Gough!
Hey there, thanks so much for stopping by!
I'm Emily, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, certified personal trainer and fitness instructor. I was on birth control pills for eleven years, and experienced a huge number of symptoms while on it that I thought were totally normal.
After going off the Pill and experiencing amenorrhea (no menstrual cycle for 6+ months), I have been on a mission ever since to find out as much as I can about hormone health and how to support the body naturally, regardless of whether or not you have ever taken hormonal birth control pills.
I strongly believe that we need to be educated on what we're putting into our bodies and how our hormonal health can be impacted accordingly.
After working with clients using the tools developed in this handbook to great success, I wanted to share the steps you can take to support your hormone health.
Common does not mean normal, and my goal is to empower women to feel comfortable in their own skin using realistic strategies and becoming #HormoneHappy.
