How it works: upon purchase, I send you an extensive intake form to fill out so that I can get to know you better, and then we jump on the phone for 60 minutes. 

The benefit of this 60-min call is you will gain clarity on what is zapping your energy, why your cravings are out of control, and renew your motivation to get healthy and fit once and for all.

As a nutrition coach I am able to see the small tweaks and give you a simplified approach so that you can stop obsessing over food and ditch the diets for good.  

This is the same initial call I do with my clients that gives them amazing quick wins like removing the overwhelm around health and wellness, creating a totally doable action plan and learning how to tune in to their bodies so that they are able to get a boost in confidence and start making better nutritional choices... and of course, feel and look amazing in their skin

Meet Emily

I'm Emily, holistic nutritionist, lifestyle coach, founder/host of the Room to Grow Podcast, and on a mission to teach women everywhere to step into the full version of themselves with confidence and lots of self love, taking the anxiety out of the way you eat and live.  

Obsessed with dark chocolate, patting dogs, and usually found living in the same shirt and yoga pants 3 days in a row, I live in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. You can usually find me trying to make room for another plant or drinking yet another cup of herbal tea that has gone cold, ha! 

That chocolate used to be the bane of my existence, though. I spent years bouncing back and forth between different diets, being super restrictive around food, feeling awful about my body all the time, never knowing what to eat, and always ending up covered in shame for over-eating the very foods I was trying to avoid. 

Taking the leap and deciding to finally figure this out once and for all was the best decision I ever made, and what I've learned has set me on a mission to help as many women as possible. 

Because on the other side of all these diets, overwhelm and stress is a sense of trust in yourself and freedom from food that translates into a sense of confidence that you can take with you anywhere! 

And if I'm being honest? This process would have moved along a lot faster for me if I had had someone cheering me on and helping me figure out what direction to go in. 

This is what I do: teach women how to figure out what works for their unique bodies and ditch all the cookie cutter crap that isn't working for YOU.

So, who is this program NOT right for?

If you never want to eat a handful of chips, that cookie you love, or a piece of chocolate ever again, not only is this program not right for you, but we might not be able to be friends!

If you're expecting overnight results, quick fixes, or meal plans, then you've come to the wrong place.

What happens when I buy? 

As soon as payment is processed, you'll receive an email from me with an extensive intake form (don't forget to check your spam folder for it just in case!). You're going to fill that out ASAP, and once it's submitted, give me 5 business days to send you back a full, comprehensive list of recommendations and suggestions unique to you. In that same return email, I'll be attaching the link to my calendar for you to book a 60 minute video call with me for follow-up, questions or anything else that comes up for you. You have 30 days to book your call with me. 

Am I going to lose weight?

This is about so much more than the number on the scale. I spent years battling my body, switching like a pendulum between super restrictives diets and cleanses and binging on foods that made me feel like garbage. It's possible you may lose weight, it's also possible you may not. Either way, we're eating for life and having a breakthrough like this is about quality of life above all else. 

Is this a diet?

Nope, no diets to be found here. Instead, we're taking a look at how you are currently eating and making adjustments that will actually be sustainable long term. By the way - I believe in keeping treats like chocolate. The whole point of building a lifestyle is to make it something that you enjoy doing every day, and what's life without chocolate?!

Do you give me a meal plan?

I don't believe in meal plans, because they don't work. You've already tried different diets, been overwhelmed with trying to figure out why nothing is working, and strict plans always seem to fall apart within a few days, weeks at the most. Everything up to this point has failed because you've been trying to follow cookie-cutter diets that worked for someone else. You are unique, your body and lifestyle deserve better. Instead of a meal plan, and that's what we're going to come up with for you! 

Am I going to get attention customized for my specific needs?

Yes! That's exactly the point of this. This is completely personalized to not only your nutrition, but your lifestyle and mindset as well. 

The intake forms I send out will detail everything from what you eat to digestion, lifestyle habits and more (because they ALL play a role here. We're far more interconnected than we like to think). The recommendations I make are not from some master plan, but instead they are totally unique to each and every individual.

How long does this take?

As soon as payment is processed, you'll be emailed immediately with your intake form and can fill it out as soon as possible. Once that's done, you'll have access to my calendar to book a 60 minute video call or phone call with me within 30 days. I have time slots available every week, so depending on how quickly you fill out the intake form and book your call, the whole thing will take up to a few weeks max. After our call, give me 5 business days to email you back a comprehensive list of suggestions and recommendations that you can begin to implement immediately. Out of respect for my schedule and yours, calls cannot be rescheduled, no exceptions.
